Tumbling Program (Ages 7-9 & 10 & Over)

Ten Point O’s tumbling classes focus on body position, drills, jumps and conditioning to improve all types of tumbling skills.  Tumbling skills include rolls, cartwheels, round-offs,  walk-overs, front and back handsprings, and eventually tucks, and twisting.  The spring floor, trampoline, tumble trak, foam pits, and hand spotting are utilized to help increase each individual’s tumbling level.

We have divided our tumbling program into two programs based on age.  For our students ages 7-9 we have created our Flippers and Twisters. For students ages 10 & up, we have our tumbling levels program.

Participants should wear shorts and a t-shirt that tucks in (NO tank tops). All clothing should be loose & comfortable; free of buttons, zippers, and buckles. All Flipper & Twister participants must wear gymnastics shoes.

Length: 60 minutes once a week
