For more than two decades, Ten Point O has been providing quality personal instruction in a friendly, fun  atmosphere and a safe environment — for students from 18 months to 18 years.

Ten Point O is owned and operated by Kathy Kothe, a former physical education teacher and a proud mother of four children.  Kathy has created a wonderful tradition of being a “family oriented” facility.  The number of long-standing members and second-generation students enrolled at Ten Point O is a reflection of the trust our families have in our programs and objectives.

Our continued success is the result of

  • Our enthusiastic approach to instructing students
  • A state-of-the-art facility
  • An educated, dedicated and talented staff
  • A variety of programs

Ten Point O’s objective is to promote the physical development of every student by improving flexibility, balance, strength, coordination and body awareness. Acquiring these skills leads to an understanding of the body and its capabilities, which improves one’s self image.

This positive self-concept, gained through fitness, extends into many social and academic areas as well.  This, in turn, makes every student enrolled at Ten Point O “our success story!”

We also strive to develop an enthusiasm for physical activity through our instruction and the variety of programs that we offer.  We are committed to creating an experience that is fun and inspiring for children of all ages, sizes and ability levels.

Ten Point O has a full range of offerings for everyone:
